At OSSA NEW YORK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, tagged items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all OSSA NEW YORK tags and security seals remain intact and attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
